Returns Policy



At UNE PIECE we pride ourselves in high-quality products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

We will provide an online store credit when item(s) are returned in saleable condition within 31 days of receiving your order. You may use your online store credit to place a new order for an alternate size, colour or style.

Please note that we do not offer change of mind refunds.

RETURNS WINDOW

Item(s) must be received by UNE PIECE within 31 days of receiving your order.

RETURN CONDITIONS

The following conditions must be met in order to return item(s) for online store credit:

  • Item(s) are in their original condition.
  • Item(s) have not been worn, washed, or altered.
  • All labels and tags are intact and have not been removed, including hygiene sticker if present.
EXCHANGES

If you are hoping to exchange for another item, you may place a new order for an alternate size, colour or style after returning your item(s) to us for online store credit.

RETURNS PROCESSING TIME

While we endeavour to process returns daily, please allow up to 2-3 business days for processing once your return arrives.

RETURN SHIPPING METHODS - AUSTRALIA

When returning your item(s) from within Australia, you can request an Australia Post return shipping label which you can pay for and print at home or at select Australia Post Offices. You can alternatively return your item(s) to us via the shipping method of your choice.

Please note that the cost of the return shipping label is automatically generated based on the weight and size of the item(s) being returned, along with the return location.

RETURN SHIPPING METHODS - REST OF WORLD

When returning your item(s) from outside of Australia, you will be given the option to return the item(s) back to us using the shipping method of your choice.

SHIPPING COSTS

Please note that original and return shipping costs, duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Charges and delivery of returned item(s) are the responsibility of the customer.

For security and peace of mind, we encourage returning item(s) via registered post when choosing to ship via your own shipping method.

ONLINE STORE CREDIT EXPIRY

Online store credit is valid for twelve (12) months from date of issue.

GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards are ineligible for return.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Item(s) marked as "Final Sale" are ineligible for return.

SAMPLE ITEMS

Item(s) marked as "Sample" are ineligible for return.

BEAUTY PRODUCTS

Beauty products including 'La Beach' self-tanning products are ineligible for return.

FAULTY RETURNS

We are sorry to hear you may have received a faulty item and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Please contact our Customer Care Team via info@unepiece.com with your order number as well as a short description of the fault. Be assured we will work to resolve your issue with priority.

Make a Return



Follow the steps below to make a return from home. You will receive an email with a gift card for use on our online store once your return has been received and processed.

While we endeavour to process returns daily, please allow up to 2-3 business days for processing once your return arrives.



Step 1

Ensure your item(s) are in saleable condition and that you have reviewed our Returns Policy here.  

Step 2

To make a return, visit the Returns Portal here.

Step 3

Enter your order number (UP.....) and the email address or phone number used when placing your order. Click 'Start your return'.

Step 4

Select the item(s) to return, the quantity of item(s) and the return reason/s. Review your return and click 'Continue'.

Step 5

Choose the return shipping method.

In Australia, the easiest way to get your item(s) back to us is via an Australia Post return shipping label. Select the Australia Post option to receive a return shipping label which you can pay for and print at home.

In all regions, including Australia, you can choose to return the item(s) back to us using the shipping method of your choice by selecting the 'Mail' option.

Click 'Continue'.

Step 6

Confirm your details and click 'Continue/Submit'.

Follow the steps in the confirmation email that has been emailed to you to finalise your return.
