Returns

If you change your mind, you have 14 days after receiving your order to get your items back to us for a refund or store credit. Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with any labels, tags and hygiene stickers intact.

Please note that original and return shipping costs, duties and taxes are not refundable.

Lodge a Return

RETURN SHIPPING

If you are in the United States or United Kingdom, you will be emailed a DHL Express return shipping label and instructions upon lodging your return. Please note that the cost of the label, listed below, will be deducted from your refund.

United States: $25
United Kingdom: £15 (this will appear in USD in the returns portal)

For all other countries, return shipping address and instructions will be emailed to you upon lodging your return.

We are sorry to hear you may have received a faulty item and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
