Starting a return or exchange is easy! Exchanges and store credits are free.

All returned products must be unused, with original tags attached and hygiene stickers intact.

• Exchange - Free exchanges must be initiated and received within 21 days of your order's delivery date.
• Return for store credit - Free returns for store credit must be initiated within 21 days of your order's delivery date.
• Return for original form of payment - Full-priced item returns must be initiated and completed within 21 days of your order's delivery date. Mail-in returns have a $15 handling fee per return label (which is waived if you opt for store credit or an exchange!)
