Returns & Exchanges

Starting a return or exchange is easy! Begin yours here. (P.S. returns for store credit and exchanges within the US are free!)

All returned products must be unused, with original tags attached and hygiene stickers intact.
  • Exchange - Free exchanges must be initiated and received within 21 days of your order's delivery date.
  • Return for store credit - Free returns for store credit must be initiated within 21 days of your order's delivery date.
  • Return for original form of payment - Returns must be initiated and completed within 21 days of your order's delivery date. Mail-in returns have a $15 handling fee per return label (which is waived if you opt for store credit or an exchange!)
Please note that sale items, earrings, underwear, and bralettes are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Size Refunds: Want to order and try on two sizes? Purchase two sizes and return whichever doesn't fit for a refund, even if purchased on sale. Simply contact us on info@unepiece.com before lodging your return so we can activate size refunds for you.
