If you change your mind, you can return items for a refund when they are returned in saleable condition within 14 days of receiving your order.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

To help you get your items back to us, you will be emailed a return shipping label after you lodge a return. When returning from the United States, you will receive a DHL Express return shipping label for $25 USD which will be deduceted from your refund. This will show as $35 AUD in the Returns Portal.

Please note that original and return shipping costs, duties and taxes are not refundable.

RETURN CONDITIONS

The following conditions must be met in order to return item(s):

• Item(s) are in their original condition.
• Item(s) have not been worn, washed, or altered.
• All labels and tags are intact and have not been removed, including hygiene sticker if present.
